Secure a player spot at this Sunday’s Pick Her Up women’s pick up basketball run.
**PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME - DOORS WILL BE CLOSED & LOCKED AT 9:20am**
Runs are two hours long (9-11 am) with a warmup, community circle, and as many 8-minute basketball games we can get in. Each run is led by two Pick Her Up staff members. West Oakland location details will be on your payment confirmation email.
Skill level: We welcome all basketball skills levels into our community, and often get asked what that truly means. About half of our players played at the collegiate level (club level included), ~30% played in high school, 10% played at the semi-pro or pro level and 10% are beginners or have only played in casual settings.
If you’re more of a basketball beginner, we encourage you to email us before signing up at info@pickherupball.com, and we can discuss ways to be part of our community while you’re just learning the sport.
All players are required to wear basketball shoes at PHU runs to decrease chance of injury.
**If it says SOLD OUT when you’re trying to purchase, then we have hit our run’s capacity. We do not accept drop-ins and only those with a confirmation email with the date of the run they attend, and their name will be allowed entry to the run
